Pros:Excellent location. Check in easy and welcoming. Great price for 5 in Jan 2011. Large quiet apartment walking distance from everywhere! We walked it all! Would stay again. Lots of room for 5 adults. We had a great time and cooked at home several times.

Cons:2nd Bathroom was a very small toilet

Pros:The apartment itself is wonderful, even though the furniture would need to be renovated, but price is very low despite this is considered the most luxury area in Rome, therefore I strongly recommend this apartment because of location, price, and amanities: it is very large, bright and has all comforts

Pros:Mario dei Fiori is wonderful, we really loved it and had a great stay here. We had a problem with the internet connection, because the cd player of my laptop was broken, therefore I could not install the software for the internet connection, but at the end the agency found me an internet point just next, in via della croce. Apart from this, everything worked fine, the agency was professional and apartment Mario dei Fiori is beautiful and located just next to Piazza di Spagna...what more could we ask?

Pros:Siamo stati qui in 6 spendendo meno di 30 euro a persona a notte. Complimenti per il prezzo e per il servizio. La casa è veramente grande, ci sono 3 camere praticamente, perché la cucina è talmente grande che può essere usata come salone, e il salone può essere utilizzato come terza stanza. Il secondo bagno è molto piccolo e non ha la doccia ma basta organizzarsi quando si è in gruppo. Comunque non abbiamo mai preso i mezzi: la casa sta quasi sulla Piazza di Spagna
