Premium apartments
The Premium label is a guarantee of two things: quality and peace of mind.
No agency dealing with many properties can ensure that each and every one is of a high quality and that 'everything is just right'. For this reason we have decided to distinguish between the ones that we can vouch for and others that we have less 'control' over.
The key factors that determine whether an apartment is premium or not, other than the quality of the property, is the relationship we have with the owner and our commitment to our customers. Owners trust us to manage their properties because they appreciate our expertise and professionalism whilst guests benefit from a service that goes very much beyond checking them in and checking them out of the apartment they have booked.
Please note that Premium apartments don't come at a premium price! The price of the rental remains the same. Some extra services and features you can request are charged extra - see below.

Check-in and check-out by City Apartments staff
We will be there when you arrive to let you in, explain how things work and answer and questions you may have. We will tell you where the nearest stores are as well as transport links.
Our welcome kit
In the apartment you will find a welcome kit comprising of: a map, and events guide and a City Apartments brochure with useful information and tips for your stay.
Cleanliness guaranteed
Check in an apartment that has been cleaned properly. The only way we can guarantee this is by doing it ourselves, and given our 'sister business' is a hotel we do so professionally.
We can arrange extra cleaning and change of linen during your stay at an extra cost. Let us know what your requirements are and we will quote you a price.
Essential groceries
Our clients have told us that whilst they appreciate finding the basic ingredients in the kitchen they avoid consuming any products that have already been opened (eg. an opened bottle of olive oil).
Instead, we can arrange for groceries to be delivered direct from an alimentari (a local shop) for your check in. We will send you a list of what groceries and products are available and their cost. A surcharge of €30 will apply.
Your own personal cook
We can arrange for a qualified cook to come and prepare a meal for you at the apartment where you are staying. Get in touch if you would like more information about this service.
Extras
- Baby cots and chairs are available at an extra €10 each per day of €50 each per week.
- Internet access via a wireless USB broadband modem in case the apartment doesn't offer internet access. This service is charged €5a day.
- Pre-payment of the total cost via bank transfer or credit card. Surcharges may apply.

It is important for us that you remain satisfied with our service, so we will do the best we can to ensure your stay is comfortable and hassle-free.
